All conference registrations include a non-refundable payment of $150.00. Please see our cancellation policy below.
To qualify for the early bird discounts, the fees need to be paid before the specified dates. Payment Plan installments are to be paid on or before the due dates and final installments for registration and workshops must be paid by 31.10.2024.
Cancellation Policy
Applications for a conference registration refund made:
- Before 14th of November 2024: the balance of any fees paid is refundable less the non-refundable deposit of $150.00
- From 14th November 2024 to 12th December 2024: 50% of any fees paid will be refundable
- After the 12th December 2024 no fees can be refunded

The 2025 Conference venue is the Novotel Hotel Surfers Paradise located at the corner Of Surfers Paradise Blvd and Hanlan St, Surfers Paradise, 4217 Queensland, Australia.
No, the conference is in-person attendance only.

When you register for the conference and make a payment, you will receive an email with the details on how to book accommodation at the Novotel and the discount codes to use.
For the pre and post workshop days, morning and afternoon tea and lunch is included unless you attend only one of the half day workshops, then it is just either morning tea or afternoon tea.
With the Conference Only package, morning and afternoon tea and lunch is included (Friday to Sunday inclusive).
For the Conference Plus package it includes the same as the Conference Only plus the Meet the Speakers event on the Thursday evening with canapes and drinks and the Saturday night dinner (canapes, main and dessert, plus beer, wine and soft drinks).
From now until February 2025, public transport in Qld and Tweed Heads (northern NSW) will be 50c per trip (including Gold Coast airport to Surfers Paradise) and the Brisbane Airport air train will be half price!
GoCards are used for travel and can be purchased at 711 stores, newsagents and attended train stations.
