Conference Terms

All conference registrations include a non-refundable payment of $150.00. Please see our cancellation policy below.

To qualify for the early bird discounts, the fees need to be paid before the specified dates.

Payment Plan installments are to be paid on or before the due dates and final installments for registration and workshops must be paid by 31.10.2024.

No registrations will be accepted AFTER 12th December 2024.

Cancellation Policy

Applications for a refund made:

• Before 14th of November 2024, the balance of any fees paid is refundable less the non-refundable deposit of $150.00
• From 14th November 2024 to 12th December 2024, 50% of any fees paid will be refundable
• After the 12th December 2024 no fees are able to be refunded
