2025 FAA Conference Speaker Zane Stein

My journey began, more years ago than I want to count, when I began to explore astrology. I discovered then that astrology was like a map guiding me to learn more about myself, the pathways I was on, and how to be a better me.

After some time, through astrology, I made what is perhaps the most important discovery of my life: that I am much more than just this mind and body, but also a soul, and this soul was connected to, and one with, the larger soul of all humanity. And I learned that I had stepped onto an esoteric path, and that everything I had learned about astrology up until this point was only a preface to what I would now be learning from esoteric astrologers like Alice Anne Bailey and Alan Oken.

I have made a specialized study of one of the bodies known as CHIRON, which is the largest comet in the solar system, as well as such bodies as Pholus, Nessus, Asbolus, Chariklo and Damocles.

I still see astrology as a roadmap, but now it is a roadmap showing me how I can be of service to the whole of humanity, and in doing so, sharing the deep love of the Creator.

Chiron, Pholus, Nessus, and the Wild Herd of Other Centaurs

Sunday 19th January 2025 – 9am – 10:15pm – Currumbin Room

Many astrologers now use Chiron. He was named after an mythological being often described as the wisest of the Centaurs. But actually Chiron only resembled the other Centaurs. All other Centaurs had mortal parentage, but his father was an immortal god. Several years after his discovery, astronomers found another body that initially seemed so much like the previous discovery that it was announced in an article, “Son of Chiron now appearing in space.” This one was eventually named Pholus, a Centaur with another unique parentage: his father was a demigod. The following year the astronomers named the next discovery Nessus after a Centaur who could trace his lineage to an ignoble act by a human male, and apparently all but two of the many other Centaurs were of the same heritage as this one, and were often seen travelling together in a pack or herd. Astronomers were on a roll, naming one new body after another after these siblings of Nessus. What is intriguing is that each of these Centaurean bodies has been shown to have an astrological influence.

What is Chiron’s astrological nature? Does it have any similarities to the natures of the other bodies named after half human/half horse beings? And what in their natures makes them so very different from this Centaur.

In this talk Zane will answer these questions, and more. You will learn about the nature of Pholus, Nessus, and the herd of wild untamed other Centaurs. And Zane will introduce you to a very special being who wasn’t born a Centaur, but became one by choice because of her feelings for the ‘wisest’ of Centaurs.
